My name is Lisa. I hold an MA in Dance Movement Psychotherapy and am a registered practitioner with The Association for Dance Movement Psychotherapy UK. With over 20 years’ experience across the performing arts, mental health and education sectors, I bring a trauma-informed, person-centred approach that integrates both verbal and non-verbal therapeutic techniques.
